Usually the office bonus is about 10 - 13% of the profit (what's left after you've met the break even point for that month or quarter). If there are 6 team members in the office (2 front desk, 2 assistants, 2 hygienists) then it would be split evenly between them. One is part of salary, one is a true bonus. That's the difference.
