Hands-On Training Events for the Dentist and Team
A Paragon Academy is different from our other events because it’s built for your whole team, not just you. We’ve taken some of the best strategies, tools, and ideas from decades of dental practice consulting experience and built them into an intensive, hands-on training day for you and your team. Doctors and team members leave inspired and equipped with specific tools to help take the practice to the next level, together.
We encourage every Paragon client to bring their team to at least one Academy per year. These events are included in The Paragon Program™ and are built around a simple idea: practice growth works best when the whole team understands the plan and feels ownership over it, not just the doctor. Academies are designed to foster team-building, cohesiveness, and a collective vision that carries back into the practice long after the event ends.
